All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
Shipping Policy:
All orders placed before NOON on regular business days will be shipped on the same day, unless otherwise informed.
All orders placed on holidays and on weekends will be shipped the first following business day.
In the event that we are unable to completely fulfil your order , we will amend the total and fully refund any unfulfilled items.
Australian Shipping: Orders are shipped via Australia Post – various shipping options available at checkout
International Shipping: Orders are shipped by Australia Post. Shipping times vary depending upon destination. Average arrival times are 7 to 10 business days, NB the US can take up to 3 weeks. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
Australia Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not applicable on international orders. Australian GST will be removed at the checkout for international orders.
